Life is very short, now a days many people are dying due to heart problems and health issues very early age so maintain good health whether physical or mental health. Now there are many kinds of dangerous diseases which take human life, to solve these we need to make good & healthy life habits so that we can face many issues in world.

 Try to have good protein foods and green leaf vegetables and hygienic fruits and vegetables, practice yoga for 15 minutes a day if you are full busy and if you are full free then try to practice yoga for long period.

  Self care, discipline and self development is more important in life.
